Excellent quality for the Lectern hangings,thank you. Apparently you did not complete the customs form so held up there. UPS the delivery company, send out notification that the parcel would be delivered that day at a set time, yet the parcel was still in Poland! There computer generates misinformation gives you timed delivery but they don’t keep to it. There distribution centre in Gloucester were very helpful, there delivery driver not so. Overall suggest you find a different company to deliver for you as this is the second time I have had difficulties with UPS when ordering from you. .

I received the order remarkably fast, and found both the blue chasuble and stole - to be given as a gift to a colleague and the marriage stole I had purchased for myself were BOTH of the usual superb quality and craftsmanship that, to me, is the hallmark of Ackermann craftsmanship!!
